Email info@luvak9.com or call 613-214-4165 to book a space. Please feel free to request a morning or afternoon time slot and we will do our best to accommodate. Arrive 20 minutes early for dilation.
Invoices will be sent upon request and a time will be provided for eye drops as well as exam time once your payment is received.
