Judging Panel ChangeDiana MacKenzie has been approved to judge Rally Obedience Trial #1 on Friday in place of Ted Leslie. As per rule 3.4.4 - A qualifying score earned under a substitute or replacement judge will be considered as having been earned under the advertised judge.
