Clinic Notes
*NEW* Any person bringing a dog over 70 lbs. MUST have an assistant with them to help lift the dog onto & restrain the dog while on the cardiac table. All echo exams will take place on the table regardless of the size of the dog. If you show up to your appointment without an assistant, the exam will not take place.
Appointments will be scheduled according to travel time. Those who live within 1 ½ hours of Red Deer will get the earlier time slots unless requested by those traveling a greater distance. Your appointment date and time will be sent to the email address you provided above after March 16, 2025. Please ensure all contact info is accurate on this form or through DogShow.ca. Please look back at previous events to see if there is any other info that should be included that is not here.
