Description
The Caledon Kennel Association will be hosting 6 seminars in conjunction with its all-breed shows, and invite you to join us. Everyone is welcome.
1. American Eskimo Dogs with Sharon Robertson
Saturday, November, 24th, 12-2 p.m. - Salon A
Sharon Robertson and her Nuuktok Kennels have been pioneers and record-setters since the American Eskimo Dog was recognized in 2006. She has the first and only Eskie to garner a Grand Championship in AKC, CKC and UKC systems. Her ‘Inuk’ is the first Eskie to be awarded an all-breed BIS and has won the breed at Westminster four times, in addition to numerous specialty wins.
2. Irish Wolfhounds with Gretchen Bernardi
Sunday, November 25th, 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Salon A
A breeder of Irish Wolfhounds for over 40 years, Gretchen Bernardi’s Berwyck hounds have won specialties and high awards worldwide – a record that earned her Hound Breeder of the Year by the AKC in 2011. A journalist since she was 16, Gretchen contributes to many canine publications, including The AKC Gazette, The Canine Chronicle and Dogs in Review. Certificates for judges’ education will be available: $10 for 1 breed and $15 for 2.
Judges planning to attend can pre-register with Patty Milton at k94milton@gmail.com. Registration on-site will commence 15 minutes prior to the start time in Salon A. All seminars will be over before the start of group judging.
