Nanaimo Kennel Club, Island Extravaganza Show, June 15 – 19, 2016.

Are you missing a large, fun, busy dog show. Full of extra things to do, seminars and presentations to attend? Well, NKC is “moving on” and we invite competitors to our bigger and better venue and show this year. We have additional opportunities at our big new venue Arbutus Meadows. The site is only 20 minutes north of the city of Nanaimo but offers everyone so much more. Competitions, events and grooming spots will be offered both inside and outside.

We are looking for:

 â€¢  breed clubs to offer specialties, boosters, and supported entries. The cut off date for you and the CKC is December 15th so please contact Doug Savory (dcsavory@shaw.ca) or Sandi Malcolm (mimicker@shaw.ca) as soon as possible so we can log you in. You can apply to the CKC after December 15th but CKC will charge you.

 â€¢  vendors – dozens of you. If you would like to participate, please contact Sandi Malcolm, at mimicker@shaw.ca. We plan on the public and lots of pet people coming so the opportunities will be large.

 â€¢  individual disciplines – if you would like your discipline included in the show, let us know and we will do our best to get it. Or – if you organize events with your club, let us know, we want you there. Consider events for pet people and the general public as well.

 â€¢  Seminars and teaching events are all welcome.

 â€¢  a health testing day, if you would like a specific type of testing offered, let us know so we can research it.
