Lorraine Effa Passing
Lorraine Effa (Loriben Yorkies) passed away on September 13th from pancreatic cancer. Lorraine ran a mobile grooming business and she also spent a lot of time educating people on the benefits of purebred dogs. Everyone who knew Lorraine knew how much she cared about her dogs.
